Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be assessed a non-transferable administrative fee of $250 per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. If the request is received by Feb 15, 2009, a full refund will be made, minus the cancellation fee. Travel insurance available.
Later cancellations will be assessed the following charges:
February 16 - March 13, 2009, 50% Refund
No Refund after March 13, 2009
