VCM is actively seeking traders to join its global team of professionals. Currently we have 850 traders and have expanded our elite trading team by more than 300% this year (2007). Our ultimate goal is to have 1,000 worldwide, trading our firm's account. Should you have interest in becoming a professional trader for VCM or are already a professional trader simply seeking a new home, better tools and one of the lowest rates in the country, consider the below:
- New Traders: We actively seek those with no former professional trading experience simply because the inexperienced trader has no bad habits to break or erroneous beliefs to change. Our goal with each new trader is to provide them with a solid educational foundation, enhanced with day-by-day continued mentoring, and the opportunity to speed up the learning curve through organized teamwork. Each day, the trader will be nurtured with the express goal of getting him/her to consistent profitability inside of three months. We as a firm typically know if trading is right for an individual inside of three months.
- Experienced Traders: We are always seeking professional traders looking for a better home from which to run their businesses. Our goal with experienced traders is to help increase their current level of profitability by providing the lowest cost on the street, advanced trader tools, a complete solution to trade from home and/or a clean professional environment in any one of our four offices. If a trader has some experience, but is not achieving the level of success he/she feels is possible, we can help analyze his trading style and usually make one or two tweaks that will instantly break the trader into a new trading dimension.
- Trader Support: We have grown our trading team by more than 300% in 2007 and see no signs that our explosive growth is about to slow. This has created an immediate need to increase the number of trader support personnel. If you have good computer skills, customer service/support experience and a friendly personality, this position is for you.
