It will begin each day with a valuable trading lesson.
Lessons - There are many lessons that are only learned by experience. The good thing is that it does not have to be at your cost. Learn from others’ experiences by collecting a series of lessons brought to you every day in the opening paragraph of the Trade for LifeTM letter.
The Market - Every day the market will be evaluated to arrive at a likely trend on the daily charts and develop a likely intraday bias for day traders. The market will be looked at through various symbols that represent the market as a whole.
Stocks - Play ideas on individual stocks will be provided as they occur in the market. The VCM Research department scans hundreds of stocks, virtually all of the ‘playable’ stocks in the market to bring you the best swing and core setups every day. The plays selections could range from zero to four selections based on market conditions. You will be supplied with the rationale for the play, as well as the proposed entry price, stop-loss price, targeted exit areas, and the proper management philosophy.
ETFs - ETF is the acronym for "Electronically Traded Fund" which represents a new and very popular style of market play for the core and swing trader. ETFs give traders the ability to play a whole basket of stocks in a single sector by purchasing one single tracking stock. Professional money often goes after all the stocks in a sector and when the setups happen, ETFs let you play along without the fear of being in the 'wrong stock' and with less risk because large overnight moves are not as likely as they are with individual stocks.

You may access the room anytime you like while a member. Our moderator is generally talking between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. EST, but it is best to tune in early in case there is something happening that morning. The moderator will be talking as well as typing, so make sure your sound system on your computer is working.
The moderator will be giving written comments and talking throughout much of the day. There is market commentary, plays given in real time, analysis of plays, educational comments, lectures, and question and answer times. This will include everything from long term core trades to short term day trades and scalps. There will be discussions on play selections pre-market based on gapping stocks, analysis of stocks from daily and weekly watch lists, and intraday set ups. There will be market analysis and determining a trading bias every day by analyzing the NASDAQ and S&P markets and various market internals such as the TICK and TRIN. There will be discussions of open play management, and after market lectures on key topics to traders. In addition you will find the camaraderie of chatting with other traders and sharing experiences.
From before market open to after market close you will be receiving market commentary and discussions of possible trade opportunities. There will be discussions of management of all open plays and post market commentary and educational lectures.
One of the biggest issues for developing traders is how to follow up on the learning process. When a trader learns strategies in a classroom type setting, the issue quickly becomes how to know if they are being implemented properly in the market place. After all, once you leave the seminar or turn off the DVD, who is there to tell you if you did something wrong, or if you simply had a trade that didn't work? Being in a real time environment with a professional trader guiding you will give you the opportunity to continue the learning process at the most critical time.
